Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring high-quality patient care and excellent patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) to develop and implement strategic plans for the nursing department.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing nursing team, ensuring adequate staffing and resources to meet the needs of the organization.
  • Monitor and analyze patient outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing evidence-based practices to enhance patient care.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and excellence in nursing care.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a primary care or ambulatory care setting.
  • Proven track record of success in nursing leadership, with a focus on quality improvement, patient satisfaction, and staff development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
