POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Vice President of Regional Operations is tasked with delivering strategic leadership and operational oversight to the management team, ensuring effective communication and execution of EnviroVac's comprehensive suite of industrial cleaning services while achieving the company's business goals. This role requires a hands-on leader who excels in team development.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, operations management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7-10 years in management roles, with at least 5 years in leadership positions within operations, ideally in the environmental industrial cleaning sector. Experience in environments requiring health and safety awareness is essential.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Frequent travel to various customer locations
  • Regular visits to all EnviroVac offices to build relationships with area managers and staff
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • Ability to manage various office systems, including lifting, bending, and organizing for effective record management.
  • Proficient in using computers and related devices throughout the workday.
  • Ability to navigate client sites during job assessments and service delivery.
