Job Title: Customer Service Representative

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, answering calls, greeting visitors, and providing a welcoming first impression. This includes handling general administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and managing correspondence. Additionally, they will support other departments with light tasks including sorting mail, managing supplies, and handling basic accounts payable documents.

Requirements:
Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred. The ideal candidate will have proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort with office equipment. They should also possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
