We are seeking a highly experienced Geotechnical Senior Project Engineer to join our team at ECS Limited. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for managing key client projects and leading project execution, providing technical oversight, ensuring quality control, and mentoring junior staff.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the full lifecycle of geotechnical engineering projects, from initiation to completion.
- Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Perform geotechnical analysis and engineering calculations to inform project decisions.
- Supervise field exploration programs and interpret geotechnical data from boring layouts, utility clearances, and laboratory tests.
- Provide technical review of engineering designs, drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Coach and guide junior engineers and project managers to develop their skills and expertise.
- Assist with business development efforts through community involvement and client engagement, promoting ECS Limited's values and services.
- Promote a positive company culture and high employee engagement, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- 5+ years of experience in geotechnical engineering, with a strong technical aptitude and knowledge of geotechnical principles.
- Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to lead and develop engineering teams.
- Experience with industry standards and safety regulations, with a strong commitment to quality and compliance.
- Business development experience, with a proven track record of success in community involvement and client engagement.
- BS in Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, Geology, or similar, with a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
