Director of Rehabilitation Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Rehabilitation to lead our rehabilitation department at Santa Cruz Post Acute.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement rehabilitation programs to meet the needs of our residents.
  • Supervise and train therapy personnel to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Interview and recommend new hires for the therapy department.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in rehabilitation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech language pathology.
  • Master's or Doctorate degree preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
