The successful candidate will possess significant expertise in real estate finance operations, including the drafting, negotiation, and evaluation of loan agreements, mortgages, and associated legal instruments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and Negotiation: Create and negotiate legal documents such as loan agreements, security instruments, mortgages, and other contracts pertinent to real estate finance.
  • Legal Advisory: Offer legal guidance to clients regarding all facets of real estate finance, encompassing acquisition, development, refinancing, and property sales.
  • Due Diligence: Execute comprehensive due diligence processes, including the assessment of title reports, zoning laws, environmental evaluations, and other property-related documentation.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations, as well as internal policies throughout all transactions.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in both commercial and residential real estate finance. A background in collaboration with financial institutions, investors, or major real estate developers is advantageous. Familiarity with tax regulations concerning real estate transactions is a plus.
