  • Provides guidance, training, and motivation to staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Establishes and maintains effective client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitors work performance and prepares performance evaluations for personnel to support career development.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience in Facilities Management is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the Facilities Management industry as a leader, with a proven track record of success.
