About Us:

Sexual Trauma Awareness and Response is a leading organization dedicated to supporting survivors of sexual trauma, improving systems response, and creating social change to end sexual violence.

Job Description:

The primary responsibilities of this role are to lead and manage the needs of the counseling program by developing procedures, identifying barriers, working with the team, collaborating with directors, and implementing new interventions.

This position requires directly supervising counselors, facilitating meetings, conducting coaching sessions, supervision with interns, and performance reviews. Additionally, maintaining an active caseload of 5-8 clients is essential.

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm; some evenings and weekends expected.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year.
