Job Summary:

The Quality Control Inspector plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality of products by performing inspections and completing required documentation. This position requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform in-process inspections and complete required documentation
  • Run CMM Machine and calibrate with master ball and test plan probes
  • Operate mold machines and perform material handling duties when required
  • Complete required production information (routers, lot numbers, etc.)
  • Change end mills as required and perform document control
  • Follow company-required documentation and ISO 9001 quality system requirements


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read prints and effectively organize time
  • Good computer skills and ability to use hand gauges
  • Previous experience with optics is a plus
