- Strong knowledge of construction industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Primavera, Procore).
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred.
