Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex commercial or pharmaceutical construction projects, with a strong emphasis on quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Oversee all aspects of project execution, including site supervision, subcontractor management, and material procurement.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal team members.
  • Prepare and submit required project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and invoices.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and implement safety protocols on the job site.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3-5+ years of experience managing commercial or pharmaceutical construction projects.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, including on-time, on-budget completion.
  • Strong knowledge of construction industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Primavera, Procore).
  • OSHA 30-hour certification preferred.
