Job Title: Project Manager

Rose International is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting budget requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any deviations from the plan
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in IT or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Proficiency in project management tools, such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Agile certification (e.g., PMI-ACP)
  • Experience with cloud technologies and SaaS applications
  • Collaboration with Federal, State, and Local Government agencies
