As a Senior Rehabilitation Technician, you will take on a pivotal role in guiding and supervising the team during residential shifts. Your leadership will ensure that Rehab Technicians I and II effectively deliver clinical interventions to patients in a rehabilitation environment. You will be instrumental in helping patients enhance their mobility, daily living skills, communication abilities, cognitive functions, and community involvement. Through your mentorship, you will foster strong therapeutic relationships with patients and their support systems.
Leadership Responsibilities
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members

Safety Assurance
- Maintain a safe environment around the clock

- Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
- Commitment to scheduled shifts and responsibilities
- Basic computer proficiency
