Job Description

We seek Family Physicians who are passionate about providing full-spectrum primary care resulting in top-notch clinical quality, outstanding service, and reduced overall health costs. As a Family Physician at Marathon Health, you will have the opportunity to work within a team of professionals who are dedicated to improving the U.S. healthcare system.

  • Smaller patient panel (less than half the traditional PCP panel size)
  • More time with your patients: appointments range from 20 to 60 minutes
  • Fewer administrative and insurance-related tasks

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $238,750 per year, with a competitive bonus structure. This estimate is based on industry standards and location factors.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • MD or DO degree
  • Active state license required; DEA preferred
  • Board certified (or eligible) in Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine and Pediatrics
  • CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date
