Client Relationship Executive

Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Purpose: Accountable for meeting sales revenue and profit margin targets.
Acts as a liaison to facilitate customer support, plant operations, and the Sales Department.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Ensure a secure working environment for oneself and colleagues. Adhere to all safety protocols and demonstrate commitment to safety initiatives.
- Receive guidance from the Sales Director and Plant Manager to complete assigned tasks with a sense of urgency.
- Possess the capability to operate independently without daily supervision.
- Main responsibility is to oversee existing accounts, sustain current business, acquire new clients, and uphold satisfactory profit margins.
- Engage with management representatives, including purchasing, engineering, quality, and other technical personnel at customer facilities to advocate for TEAM's capabilities and products, fostering profitable sales relationships.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, business agreements, and other relevant documents to aid in the formulation of cost estimates and quotations. Communicate requirements and details related to ongoing and prospective projects concerning pricing, delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical assistance to clients, plant staff, or suppliers regarding the use, operation, and maintenance of parts, assemblies, or equipment.
- Collaborate with customers and company personnel to encourage continuous improvement in meeting customer quality, delivery, and cost management expectations.
- Develop Sales and Service contracts for products or services as needed.
- Accountable for the ongoing growth of company revenue and profitability.
- Act as the primary liaison for customer service support.
- Serve as the main tactical contact with customer personnel.
- Travel as required to support Sales department objectives.
- Research relevant account and market information to aid in the strategic development of customers and products.
- Promote a professional and courteous representation of TEAM's values, goals, and objectives.
- Maintain ethical and responsive relationships with both internal and external customers, adhering to company policies.
- Responsible for delivering professional, timely, and technically accurate information between the customer and the company.
- At all times, our Sales staff are expected to emphasize professional requirements in the Sales relationship, including but not limited to:
- Avoiding the exchange of information that may be detrimental to the company.
- Observing professional courtesy, respect, and communication that fosters a positive work environment.
- Maintaining personal hygiene and non-offensive professional business etiquette in all settings, striving for the highest professional standards.
- Encouraging a positive atmosphere and actively supporting initiatives that enhance the welfare and morale of TEAM employees.
- Will be required to perform additional duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from a four-year college or university, preferably in a technical or business field.
- Two years of experience in an industrial manufacturing or engineering environment is preferred.
- Two years of experience in an industrial sales role dealing with large OEM customers is preferred.
- Ability to operate a computer and other TEAM electronic business tools efficiently.
- Possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record as per company policy.
- Proficient in data entry and the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
- Utilize interpersonal and phone skills to effectively expand current and prospective business partnerships.
