Job Description

The Community Outreach Coordinator - Diabetes Services will be responsible for expanding our outreach initiatives, building partnerships, and developing educational programs. This role requires a strong understanding of diabetes management and related healthcare services, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Education, Social Work, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in community outreach, program development, or youth services, preferably in a health-related field.
  • Experience working at summer camps or with youth camp programs is preferred.

Working Conditions: This position involves a mix of in-office work and community engagement, with travel required for events and partner meetings.
