As a Senior Treasury Analyst at Norstella, you will be pivotal in upholding financial stability and fostering growth.

Reporting directly to the Treasury head, your daily tasks will encompass managing cash flow, enhancing liquidity, and ensuring precise allocation of funds.

You will utilize technology and innovative approaches to refine the global Treasury function, collaborating with teams across various regions.

Collaboration is vital in this position, as you will engage closely with departments such as Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Planning & Analysis, Tax, and Legal, ensuring top-tier support for all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:


Manage daily cash operations and funding, facilitating intercompany transactions and payments, addressing potential funding gaps, and overseeing external interest and fee disbursements.

Collaborate with key global banking partners to manage bank account openings and closures, strategically evaluating and integrating products and services.

Support Corporate Card administration and management for employees and banking partners.

Assist in establishing an efficient global cash and banking framework to release trapped cash and ensure adequate funding for all entities.

Document investment details such as money markets, repos, time deposits, and derivatives including interest rate swaps and foreign exchange forwards and swaps.

Develop and formalize processes, procedures, and controls to enhance Treasury Operations.

Conduct ad-hoc analyses and generate reports on cash, risk metrics, accounting, and debt utilization.

Assist with system and bank portal requests, including user access, reporting, system configuration, internal support, and performance controls.

Contribute to strategic planning for Bank Requests for Proposals, insurance renewals, and group financing.

Support ongoing improvements and optimization of the Treasury systems landscape, including integrations with other financial systems.


Key Qualifications:

Proven experience in corporate Treasury, particularly in cash management and forecasting.

Expertise in cash positioning and funding within an international multi-currency Treasury environment.

Ability to draft clear, comprehensive, and efficient standard operating procedures and controls.

Proficiency in Treasury systems (Kyriba, Quantum, Integrity, GTreasury).

Experience in processing payments accurately and promptly.

Demonstrated success in managing ad-hoc projects related to Finance and Treasury.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, engaging with team members at all organizational levels.

A commitment to continually enhancing the performance and profile of the Treasury team.

Accounting certification (CPA, CMA) and/or a Treasury qualification (CTP) is preferred.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $130,000, based on various factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and applicable certifications.
