Position: Senior Epic Willow Analyst
Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Epic Willow Analyst with expertise in both Ambulatory (AMB) and Inpatient (IP) settings. This role is crucial for supporting our ongoing projects and enhancing our operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis and implementation of Epic Willow systems.
- Lead project initiatives related to Willow inventory management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of healthcare technologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience: 8-10 years in healthcare IT with Epic Certification in Willow AMB or IP.
Certifications: Must possess Epic Certification in Willow AMB and/or IP.
Preferred Qualifications: Background in pharmacy technology is advantageous.
Integration Experience: Familiarity with third-party systems such as Omnicell, Surescripts, and McKesson Supplier.
Project Leadership: Proven experience in leading implementation projects is preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficient in core builds for Willow Inventory including IVL, PRD, BAL, PCO, and WHS. Experience with standard build and maintenance tasks in Willow.
Work Schedule: Standard working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM HST.
Location Preferences: Candidates willing to relocate are encouraged to apply. Remote candidates from specific regions may also be considered.
