Job Summary:

The Moses/Weitzman Health System is seeking a highly skilled Digital Communications Manager to maintain content across web properties and execute SEM/SEO campaigns. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in digital media and/or website development, proficiency in HTML/CSS, and knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own web content across health system; Create, edit and update web properties to meet the needs of affiliates, programs and partnerships
  • Execute SEM/SEO campaigns and provide dashboard-level analytics to evaluate the success and/or optimize real-time
  • Own Google Tag Manager and work collaboratively in Google Analytics to deliver custom tracking of web traffic, engagements, conversions and ecommerce workflows.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5 to 7 years' experience in digital media and/or website development
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS and code editors (Ex: WordPress)
  • Proficiency in Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, organizational, time-management and prioritization skills, ability to multi-task, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, with integrity and committed to best practices in data and privacy
  • Ability to work nights and weekend if needed
  • Current Driver's license

Additional Qualifications:
Excellent oral and written skills are required. This position is highly involved with staff, clients, colleagues, outside vendors and the community. Experience working Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Wordpress, MailChimp, Adobe Creative Suite, and related platforms are a plus, as is experience in health care, health equity, policy or related nonprofit work.
