This position is dedicated to enhancing guest satisfaction while aligning with the core values of Erin Hills.

Employment Type

Full-Time Seasonal, Hourly, Non-Exempt

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage the check-in process utilizing the Point-of-Sale System.
  • Ensure accurate guest information and education through the Point-of-Sale system.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized retail space by ensuring all merchandise is properly displayed and folded, with training provided on best practices.
  • Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the products and services available in the golf shop.
  • Keep the golf shop environment clean through regular sweeping, dusting, and maintenance of fixtures.
  • Accurately handle all transactions and ensure efficient daily accounting practices.
  • Promptly report any concerns or discrepancies in operations to the supervisor.
  • Perform any additional tasks as assigned.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, stretching, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Capability to walk, sit, and/or stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours daily.
  • Ability to work effectively at a desk or computer for up to 8 hours a day.

  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Self-driven, punctual, and detail-focused.
  • Maintaining a professional appearance in accordance with company standards.
  • Previous experience in the golf or club industry is advantageous.
