Aveanna Healthcare LLC - Private Duty Nurse LPN

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Private Duty Nurse LPN to join our team at Aveanna Healthcare LLC. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will provide one-on-one care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes, helping them to recover from hospitalization and maintain their independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementing physicians' prescribed plans of care
  • Conducting patient assessments and coordinating care
  • Administering prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
  • Documenting care provided in our system of record
  • Providing health promotion, teaching, and training to family members

Requirements:
  • Active, unencumbered LPN license in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
  • Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred
