Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Private Duty Nurse LPN to join our team. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will provide one-on-one care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes, working closely with our patients and their families to develop and implement personalized care plans.

Responsibilities
  • Implement physicians' prescribed plans of care
  • Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
  • Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
  • Document care provided in our electronic system
Qualifications
  • Active, unencumbered LPN license in the state of practice
  • CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
  • TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
  • 6 months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred
