- Administration of Medication and Treatments: You will administer prescribed medication and treatments to our patients, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Compliant and Timely Documentation: You will maintain accurate and up-to-date records of our patients' care, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Health Promotion and Education: You will educate our patients and their families on healthy habits, disease management, and other topics relevant to their care.
- Active LPN License: You must have an active, unencumbered LPN license in the state where you will be practicing.
- CPR Certification: You must have current CPR certification from a recognized organization, such as the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
- TB Skin Test: You must have a current TB skin test, administered within the past 12 months.
- Reliable Transportation: You must have reliable transportation to and from patient visits.
