Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Recruiting Manager to lead our team's daily operational workflow, including communication with external clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently towards assigned goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage metrics, staffing models, client satisfaction, and performance levels
  • Lead, organize, and implement special projects or performance improvement activities
  • Recruit: source, interview, and credential prospective professionals available for staffing
  • Represent the team at recruitment events and maintain relationships with local colleges and universities
  • Provide strong leadership that mentors and develops the team of associates
Requirements
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of one (1) year recruitment or customer service experience that involved resolving challenges via phone
  • Effective phone rapport building skills
  • A demonstrated sense of urgency
  • Ability to work independently towards assigned goals
  • Proficient technical skills including Word and Excel
