  • Passionately source and screen contractors through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates, building relationships and actively recruiting professionals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assist with verifying and evaluating contractor credentials before placement.
  • Represent Delta-T Group at job fairs and networking events, showcasing our company's values and mission.

Contribute to the Delta-T Difference
The Recruitment Specialist will develop and maintain client relationships, actively recruiting professionals in a fast-paced environment. To be successful, you'll need:
  • A minimum of an Associate's Degree or relevant years of experience in recruiting, telemarketing, call center, and customer service or staffing.
  • Previous experience in Healthcare, Education, Human Services, or related industries is preferred.
  • Excellent time management, communication, presentation, and organization skills.
  • Ability to adapt to change and implement new processes.
  • Fully proficient in software applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and ATS systems.
  • Demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
