Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Staffing Coordinator to join our team at Delta-T Group Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, staffing, and human resources, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively participate in account development and obtain business from active and potential clients.
  • Assist with managing recruitment team's goals and performances.
  • Direct and implement changes to meet the timely fill of client job orders.
  • Partner with executive and recruitment team members to develop creative practices to fill open positions.
  • Proactively recruit and update job postings.
  • Coordinate and attend job fairs, marketing events, and conferences.
  • Promptly follow-up on leads obtained by the team.
  • Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge and skills.
Requirements
  • Leadership experience in staffing, recruiting, scheduling, customer service, or business development.
  • Excellent time management, communication, presentation, recruitment, sales, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to routinely meet operational objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability as a self-motivated team player with excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fully proficient in software applications including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
