Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Services Coordinator to join our team at Hantz Group.

The Holistic Approach to Financial Planning

Hantz Group recognizes that each area of one's financial situation impacts the other. Our holistic approach focuses on financial planning as the core, working closely with our financial advisors to provide comprehensive support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work as a liaison between financial advisors and product providers
  • Review new business for accuracy and compliance, following up with product providers and financial advisors to complete transactions
  • Manage a caseload of communications, including phone calls and emails from financial advisors and product providers to provide critical support in the funding process
  • Study for and obtain Property & Casualty license
  • Opportunities for growth through acquiring FINRA Securities Licenses available
  • Comply with all industry rules and regulations

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree
  • Interest in pursuing a career in financial services
  • Availability to work 20-25 hours a week
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Effective time management skills and ability to work independently
  • Detail-oriented and strong analytical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to complete industry licensing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

As a growing organization, we offer opportunities for growth and professional development within our multiple offices throughout Michigan and northern Ohio. The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
