Ngage Management is seeking a seasoned Strategic Event Coordinator to play a pivotal role in planning and executing successful meetings and events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement event strategies to meet client objectives, working closely with education committees on content selection and speaker identification
  • Select venues, negotiate with vendors, and manage event registration, ensuring seamless execution and compliance
  • Create promotional materials, including website copy, brochures, and sponsor prospectuses, and lead client communications through weekly e-newsletters and social media
  • Manage event finances, preparing budgets, reconciliations, and travel expense reports
  • Lead client planning committee calls and follow up on action plans, overseeing all event logistics from timelines to staff and presenter travel arrangements
  • Work directly with sponsors and exhibitors, ensuring deliverables are complete
  • Prepare event materials, including name tags, agendas, scripts, and handouts
  • Maintain accurate databases and records for client archives
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in event management and planning
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience in event, hospitality, and/or management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to develop interpersonal relationships and proactively plan event logistics
  • Able to learn new software programs quickly and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Association experience
  • Healthcare accreditation experience
  • Certified Meeting Planner (CMP) experience with association management software and online event management tools
Compensation:

$65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus up to 25% travel reimbursement.
