Job Description
We are seeking a charismatic and friendly individual to join our team as a Host(ess). In this role, you will be the face of our establishment and play a critical role in setting the tone for our guests' experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting every guest with a smile and making them feel welcome
  • Assisting guests in finding a table, placing orders, and answering questions about our menu
  • Learning our menu inside and out to provide recommendations and answer questions
  • Providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all guests

Requirements
* Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively* Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends* Friendly and approachable demeanor
