Regional Vice President of Sales

Valicor Environmental Services LLC is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our Midwest Region sales team. As Regional Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing effective sales strategies, and overseeing a team of Territory Sales Managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet organizational goals
  • Lead and manage a team of Territory Sales Managers to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with the executive team to determine sales strategies and execute plans
  • Set and manage sales department budgets
  • Track and analyze sales metrics to inform business decisions
  • Foster strong relationships with current and new clients
  • Analyze market trends and develop sales strategies to stay ahead of the competition
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in a directly related industry
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically
  • Experience with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed
