- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with experience in customer service a plus.
- Valid insurance license required or willingness to obtain one.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to learn and understand state and federal regulations affecting insurance sales and the industry.
