Description 2:

Northrop Grumman Advanced Weapons has an opening for a Staff Cyber Software Engineer with an *active clearance , to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be in Northridge, CA, and requires a strong understanding of software development and cybersecurity principles.

The ideal candidate will be supporting one of our programs for defining and architecting a secured missile weapon system. This position will require the ability to analyze complex technical problems, develop solutions, and implement them in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support analysis, development, implementation, and security assessments to ensure compliance with NIST guidelines.

- Identify Anti-Tamper Critical Program Information (CPI) and write Anti-Tamper Plans to ensure compliance with DoD policies.

- Maintain technical knowledge by reviewing publications and participating in communities of practice.

- Bachelor's Degree in a STEM related field with 14 years Computer Engineering or Software Engineering experience, or Master's with 12 years Computer Engineering or Software Engineering, or PhD with 9 years Computer Engineering or Software Engineering experience.

- Experience with one or more Software languages/technologies: C/C++, Java, Python, C#. Minimum two years of cumulative experience in: cybersecurity/anti-tamper requirements development, security and cyber threat analysis, security systems engineering, cyber systems architecture development or cybersecurity policy development.
