Embedded Software Engineer

LanceSoft is seeking an experienced Embedded Software Engineer to join our team in Northridge, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and experience working with embedded systems.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing software tools and utilities, as well as determining systems software design requirements. They will also ensure that system improvements are successfully implemented and monitored to increase efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, debug, and implement operating systems components, software tools, and utilities.

- Ensure that system improvements are successfully implemented and monitored to increase efficiency.

- A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a similar field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with a Master's degree or 6 years of experience without a Master's degree.
- Experience in designing and troubleshooting systems combining motors, actuators, sensors, and controllers to manage mechanical operations through electrical inputs.
- Experience in debugging automated test scripts and proficiently identifying and resolving code issues.
