Job Title: Gym Attendant

About the Role:

The Gym Attendant is a key member of the Soho House & Co. team, responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the fitness center. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the fitness center is clean and well-maintained, including the Technogym equipment and surrounding areas.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, answering questions and offering support as needed.
  • Assist with the setup and maintenance of fitness classes and personal training sessions.
  • Monitor and maintain the inventory of fitness supplies and equipment.
  • Collaborate with the fitness team to ensure a positive and supportive environment for all members and guests.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2+ years' experience in a related field.
  • First-aid training and CPR/AED certification.
  • Personal training certification (not required but preferred).
  • Flexible schedule and ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to multitask and excel in a high-volume and demanding fast-paced environment.
