Member Services Representative

At Taymax Group, we're committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for our members. As a Member Services Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for our members, prospective members, and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, prospective members, and guests, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle front desk activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, and assisting with membership sales and renewals.
  • Facilitate updates to member accounts and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the club, including completing daily tasks and priority cleaning lists.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support the club's operations.
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Customer service background preferred.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive, upbeat attitude and a passion for fitness and health.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to interact positively and professionally with members and colleagues.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills, with the ability to empathize and resolve issues effectively.
Physical Demands:
  • Continual standing and walking during shifts.
  • Continual talking in person or on the phone during shifts.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Occasional exposure to toxic chemicals.
