  • Perform comprehensive legal research to bolster case strategies and arguments.
  • Assess, analyze, and prepare cases for trial proceedings.
  • Draft legal documents, including complaints, responses to motions to dismiss, and motions for summary judgment.
  • Participate in settlement discussions and alternative dispute resolution processes.
  • Prepare for and attend depositions, collecting vital information for cases.
  • Manage and respond to discovery requests while addressing any related issues.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, articulating legal arguments effectively.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and ensuring their engagement throughout the process.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in handling First Party Property cases.
  • Active member of the Florida Bar, in good standing.
  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited institution.
