  • Inspect construction and installation processes.
  • Coordinate projects with maintenance personnel.
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure timely completion of all required training.
  • Supervise and train maintenance staff, including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling preventative maintenance tasks.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma along with relevant experience is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree in a technical field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance and electrical work, with a preference for experience in the PLC and food manufacturing sectors.
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing a maintenance team within a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong expertise in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic systems, and troubleshooting.
  • Proven ability to unify a maintenance team, develop technicians at all levels, and collaborate effectively within a diverse workforce.
  • Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) is advantageous.
  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability, along with effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as necessary.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Proficient computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheet applications.
  • Commitment to complying with all safety standards, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safe practices.
  • Ability to perform duties and responsibilities safely.
  • Bi-lingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
