Lead a Team of Healthcare Professionals

As a Nursing Supervisor at the Stone Bridge Center for Health & Rehabilitation, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of dedicated healthcare professionals in providing exceptional care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Guide Nursing Staff: Lead a team of nursing staff to ensure high-quality care delivery and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure the smooth operation of the facility, including staffing assignments, resource allocation, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team: Work with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of our residents.
  • Conduct Regular Assessments and Audits: Regularly assess and audit the quality of care provided to ensure that it meets the highest standards.
  • Provide Mentorship and Training: Provide mentorship and training to nursing staff to help them develop their skills and advance their careers.

Qualifications:
  • Valid State Nursing License: Possess a valid state nursing license and a strong commitment to providing exceptional care to our residents.
  • Advanced Degree or Certification: Possess an advanced degree or certification in a relevant field, such as gerontology or long-term care.
  • Experience in a Supervisory or Leadership Role: Have experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a long-term care setting, with a proven track record of success.
