Job Title: Vehicle Reconditioning Technician

At El Toro Auto Group, we are seeking an experienced Vehicle Reconditioning Technician to join our team at Ford of Boerne. As a key member of our reconditioning team, you will be responsible for examining and diagnosing used vehicles, discussing repairs and providing labor estimates to the reconditioning manager, and performing maintenance and light repair on all makes and models.

Responsibilities:
  • Examine and diagnose used vehicles to identify necessary repairs and maintenance
  • Discuss repairs and provide labor estimates to the reconditioning manager
  • Perform maintenance and light repair on all makes and models of vehicles
  • Plan work in cooperation with the reconditioning manager to ensure efficient and effective use of resources
  • Monitor repair time and update the reconditioning manager on progress
  • Complete detailed documentation for internal repairs
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a technician
  • Ability to work on all makes and models of vehicles
