Job Summary

Magneto & Diesel Injector Service Inc is seeking a skilled Diesel Fuel Injection Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the teardown, cleaning, assembly, and calibration of diesel engine fuel injection components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teardown, clean, assemble, and calibrate diesel engine fuel injection components, including fuel injection pumps and injectors.
  • Use chemical and mechanical methods to clean incoming fuel injection components.
  • Perform teardown of cleaned components using hand and small power tools as needed.
  • Assemble fuel injection components using various tools and equipment.
  • Test fuel injection components using various tools and equipment.
  • Use measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, and indicators.
  • Operate computer systems and software to control test processes and record data.
  • Follow documented procedures and work instructions.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a diesel fuel shop is preferred. A high school diploma or GED, college or trade school automotive repair training, and good mechanical aptitude are highly desirable.
  • Use all required Personal Protective Equipment.
  • Follow all required company Policies, Procedures, and Work Instructions.
  • Understand the importance of excellent Customer Service.
  • Detail-oriented, results-driven, fosters Teamwork, and maintains a safe and healthy working environment.
