Company Overview:
Imagicomm Communications LLC is looking for a dedicated Sales Support Coordinator to assist the National Sales Manager in various aspects of their sales responsibilities, including generating reports and creating presentations. This role will also involve promoting our brand through the following key responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Distributing daily sales reports and managing order entries.
  • Collaborating with advertising agency representatives on makegoods, contracts, etc.
  • Inputting order entries and generating sales activity reports for the National Sales Managers.
  • Utilizing Wide Orbit, Media Ocean, and Media Line traffic systems.
  • Engaging with clients to troubleshoot any issues.
  • Promoting our brand effectively.
  • Participating in and contributing to coordinated sales events and attending sales meetings.
Additional Responsibilities:
Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED required. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, or two to three years of relevant experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as sales orders and written instructions. Proficient in writing routine reports and correspondence. Capable of effectively communicating with groups of customers or employees.

Mathematical Skills:
Ability to perform basic mathematical operations and interpret data through graphs and reports.

Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions and address problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations.

Other Skills and Abilities:
Proficient in computer operations and familiar with broadcasting. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Media experience is preferred, with familiarity in Wide Orbit traffic systems being a plus.

Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, are a must. The ideal candidate should be personable, demonstrate initiative, and be a self-starter with a keen attention to detail, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume, time-sensitive environment.
