Key Responsibilities

  • Develop expertise in setting up and operating digital die cutting machinery (Zund).
  • Understand the various tools and blades necessary for executing different cuts and scores on the digital die cutter.
  • Perform required preventive maintenance on equipment.
  • Follow and execute tasks according to established work instructions.
  • Adhere to all procedures and conduct appropriate quality control checks.
  • Recognize expected quality levels and identify defects, reporting findings to the supervisor.
  • Accurately collect data within our operational systems.
  • Maintain effective communication with team members and supervisors.
  • Keep the work area organized and dispose of waste in designated bins.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Must demonstrate a high level of motivation and self-initiation.
