The role of a Skechers Product Specialist is to provide an exceptional customer experience. Product Specialists are enthusiastic and welcoming, serving as Skechers product experts and committed to customer satisfaction.

Compensation Information

Starting Rate: $17.00

Range is: $16.50 - $17.50

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to drive sales and build customer loyalty.
  • Act as a product expert and brand ambassador, guiding customers to the right product selection.
  • Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store environment, ensuring floor inventory is well-stocked and merchandised.
  • Process customer transactions efficiently, including discounts and returns, while maintaining a positive customer relationship.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Skechers' product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Previous retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
  • Must be flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
