- Deliver technical support for various issues related to software, hardware, and systems.
- Handle physical IT tasks, including cable management, workstation setup, and network maintenance.
- Guide customers through the troubleshooting process.
- Notify the tier-2 support team about significant and recurring technical issues.
- Assist with additional projects as needed.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Windows operating systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Capable of lifting PCs, printers, and other hardware as necessary.
- Relevant certifications are advantageous.
