Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Process Lead to join our team in the Cardiac Rhythm Technologies division. This role will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of manufacturing processes, as well as ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective manufacturing processes to meet production demands
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and develop new manufacturing processes and tools
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and process validation
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase productivity and quality
  • Work closely with operations teams to troubleshoot equipment and process issues
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in a medical device industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders

Estimated Salary: $98,250 - $192,600 per year
