Job Title: Project Manager

Job Summary:

Leidos is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team on the ESA V program in Washington, DC. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in delivering IT applications and infrastructure services to customers within the Department of Justice (DOJ).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate customer requirements into actionable tasks and deliverables for the contract team.
  • Elicit requirements through interviews, document analysis, and other means to ensure accurate understanding of customer needs.
  • Proactively communicate with customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements.
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Coordinate QA efforts across the team to ensure timely and effective delivery.
  • Develop and execute project work plans to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously and collaborate with developers and subject matter experts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 10+ years of experience.
  • US Citizenship is required.
  • Current clearance is not required, but selected individual cannot start the assignment until the required security clearance is granted by the customer.
  • Experience serving as an analyst on projects with responsibility for creating and reviewing appropriate artifacts.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with experience in providing excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Agile experience and experience establishing goals and meeting project plan objectives.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and customer interface experience.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Software development and testing experience.
  • Systems engineering/business analyst experience.
  • Experience with Oracle, SharePoint, and/or web development.
  • Leadership skills and experience.
  • Scrum Master or other Agile certifications.
  • Government contracting experience, particularly with the DOJ.

Salary Range: $145K to $150K
