As a skilled Tree Climber, you will play a vital role in a team of 2 to 4 tree care specialists, engaging in activities such as tree removal, pruning, and preservation. Your role is essential for ensuring safe practices, maintaining tools, and fostering effective communication with both the team and clients.

Key Responsibilities of a Tree Climber:

• Facilitates clear communication within the crew
• Upholds a professional demeanor
• Provides outstanding customer service
• Assigns tasks to Groundman Operations Specialist
• Maintains the vehicle and assigned tools
• Adheres to company safety protocols and ANSI standards
• Understands and executes aerial lift operations
• Commits to a minimum of 40 hours of work per week

Essential Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• A minimum of 2 years of climbing experience
• Valid driver's license
• Demonstrated expertise in tree care, trimming, and climbing
• Skilled in operating bucket trucks and rigging equipment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Forestry or Horticulture
• ISA Certified Arborist is a plus
