Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage tree care operations, including pruning, trimming, and removals, to ensure high-quality results and customer satisfaction.
  • Operate and maintain various tree care equipment, such as chainsaws, chippers, and stump grinders, in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop plans to mitigate potential hazards and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and supervisors to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Monitor and maintain equipment, vehicles, and facilities to ensure they are in good working condition and meet company standards.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment and minimize the risk of accidents.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve company goals and objectives, including providing training and guidance as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tree care, including pruning, trimming, and removals.
  • Strong understanding of tree care operations, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality results.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record (CDL-B is preferred).
  • ISA Certified Arborist is preferred.
