Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Account Services Coordinator to join our team at SP Inc. This is a full-time on-site role responsible for managing client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring quality control. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and time management skills, as well as experience in logistics, fulfillment, or transportation industry.

Responsibilities:
  1. Service and maintain assigned accounts accordingly.
  2. Take ownership of account issues and follow through with resolutions.
  3. Monitor systems to ensure orders meet customers' SLA.
  4. Set up appointments and maintain scheduling.
  5. Submit tickets for missed appointments and follow up for rescheduling.
  6. Send billing forms for non-inclusive services performed on the order level to the Billing department.
  7. Maintain an orderly workflow according to priority tasks.
  8. Prepare and QC orders prior to warehouse handoff, at least 24-48 hours before pickup appointment.
  9. Cross-train on various accounts for coverage while peers are out of the office.
  10. Stay updated on accounts routing guides and crucial information.
  11. Maintain updated routing guides on shared drive.
  12. Create, follow, or update SOP as requirements change.
  13. Communicate effectively with clients, office, and warehouse team members.
  14. Monitor email communications and reply in a timely manner.
  15. Escalate critical issues or matters that may arise.

Requirements:
  • Experience in logistics, fulfillment, or transportation industry.
  • Familiarity with EDI knowledge and specific account management.
  • Ability to close (ship) orders systematically and submit ASN's as per vendor's requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
  • Experience with WMS systems: Dynamics 365, RAMP, or other logistics software.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
