Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. The successful candidate will have at least two years of accounting experience and proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprises and Microsoft Office Excel.

Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile daily cash and bank deposits, verifying accuracy.
  • Process Accounts Payable, ensuring timely payments.
  • Answer phone calls, multitasking efficiently.
  • Interact with vendors, store managers, and employees, maintaining excellent communication skills.
  • Write and distribute emails, letters, faxes, and forms, providing clear correspondence.
Requirements:
  • Two years or more of accounting experience.
  • QuickBooks Enterprises expertise.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel.
  • Analytical skills, collecting and analyzing information effectively.
  • Able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and meet deadlines.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
  • Ten-key skills.
  • Dependability.
Estimated Salary:

$45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on location and experience.
