Occupational Therapist Job Opportunity

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join their team for a travel assignment in Indiana.

Job Requirements
  • Must have a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and be certified by the NBCOT.
  • Minimum one year of professional experience as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Current state license as an Occupational Therapist or in the process of obtaining it.
  • Current CPR certification.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for assessing patients' medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions, and developing a treatment plan to meet their needs.

The therapist will also provide direct patient care, administer interventions, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve team goals.

  • Develop a plan of care for each occupational therapy patient.
  • Provide skilled occupational therapy services and interventions in accordance with physician orders.
  • Assess patient needs, plan for, evaluate, and modify care to meet goals of occupational therapy interventions.
  • Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
